My name is Jeanora, I'm glad you're here! I am a wife, mother, daughter, and beloved child of God! I write devotionals for encouragement and growth in your (and my own!) Christian walk. You can find my books on Amazon in eBook and Softcover.
As a mother I homeschooled our four children, and what a journey it was (and will be until the last graduates in 2022.) During that time I wrote many of our own lapbooks and educational materials. You can find my lapbooks on Etsy with seller name Created4Fun!
My husband and I enjoy hiking the mountains of Montana and the great outdoors. We have a little hobby farm and garden.
I enjoy sewing, crafting, and writing. My favorite sewing or crafting projects are usually gifts I am creating for someone special in our lives.
In 2018 I was called to write devotionals. I hadn't written anything like that before, I didn't even keep a journal! Nevertheless I decided to obediently answer this call and I began keeping a journal and then turning journal entries into devotionals. I enjoy breaking down passages, learning idioms, and reading the Scriptures in context. I am always willing to learn and grow and believe that we (as humans) are never done learning! There is always something to learn.
My first devotional was 92 Days of Growth, published at the end of 2018; and was a learning experience to say the least. I had much help from others as I asked questions online and in person along the journey to print. This devotional is 92 devotions for growth and encouragement.
Then came An Excellent Warrior, published in 2019; a devotional based on the Proverbs 31 woman and Ruth. Do you know the connection there? I didn't when I started. This devotional is only 22 days, but it is packed with information as well as encouragement.
Next was Attitude of Gratitude, also published in 2019; it is a 31 day devotional of encouragement and creating a thankful heart.
Each devotional is unique in that it has a journaling page next to each devotion. So you not only receive the number of devotionals but that many number of journaling pages as well! You can journal your thoughts and answer questions and keep notes of your journey.
Currently in the creative process are three more devotionals, and I will continue to answer this call until He calls me to something different.
